Tanzanian-led marine conservation
On Tanzania's coast, we're bringing coral reefs back to life and empowering the communities that depend on them.
Who we are
Aqua Guardians Tanzania is restoring the health of Tanzania's marine ecosystems by combining coral reef restoration, marine conservation, and community-led action. We work alongside coastal communities, scientists, and partners to ensure the Indian Ocean continues to sustain biodiversity, livelihoods, and future generations.
